1. Five Chicks
Unlimited, LLC is
not responsible for orders not being processed or not being accepted
due to technical difficulties.
2. It is a violation
of law to make orders in a false name or with an invalid credit
card, even if our software initially accepts your order. Be aware
that even if you do not give us your real name, your web browser
transmits a unique internet address to us which can be used by law
enforcement officials to identify you. Fraudulent orders made can
and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
3. If for some reason
you are not fully satisfied with any or all of the items you
ordered, simply return it to us within 30 days for a full refund
less the shipping and handling charges. (Please see return policy

Cards Visa, Mastercard, Checks, Money Orders, or Cashier's Checks as
a method of payment. All prices are listed in US Currency. Besides
the Internet, we can take credit card orders by phone at
All Checks, Money Orders, and Cashier's Checks should be made out
to: Five Chicks Unlimited, LLC and mailed to 4320 Kenyon Avenue, Los

will be charged to all shipments to California.
5. Orders will be
processed and shipped as soon as possible from approval of funds
provided that the items are in stock. Orders are shipped Monday
through Friday via the United States Postal Service.

All products can be returned with
our 30-day money back guarantee policy. If you are not satisfied
with any of our products, please e-mail our Customer Service

receive authorization and return instructions.
Products must be shipped back to
Chemo Chicks at the customer's expense. All merchandise must be
insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon
receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges cannot be
refunded. If items are not insured properly and get damaged or lost
when returned, we cannot grant refunds.

from our warehouse cannot be cancelled. We cannot accommodate
requests for credit on orders that have been refused by the
recipient or are undeliverable because of an incorrect address. If
